Investing is different from speculating, in that it’s data driven and therefor predictable and you have factors that play in that covers your downside and strengthen your chance of upside. 

I need to source the data myself, run the numbers, check the calculations, eventually build my own custom spreadsheet etc. 

My assumption is that the majority of those were subsequently insured with Cal 'Safe' but I have no data to confirm that.
