You might just find that both of the stormwater drains just need a good clean (sort of like when your bathroom drain gets clocked with all that sticky, guey hair that needs to be pulled out from time to time).

;P  LOLAs for the predictions, these topics remind me of the old guys that used to hang out at the barber shop where I used to get my hair cut, back when I still had hair to cut :)  .

I remember when eBay was plagued with scammers selling fake everything, internet stock forums were full of pump-and-dumpers (who actually succeeded at their ploys) and Google search advertisements promised to regrow your hair.
