Please no politics here, just looking for guidance on what may happen based on your insights so I can manage my bsusiness. 

I’ve spent less than 150k total out of pocket investing in RE in the last 9 years and have been buying “base hits” in Dallas and Arkansas and now have 29 SFR.

I am unsure if I could purchase a property through an LLC/SL based in Spain and what would be the taxation using this system.

Lenders usually determine whether properties are lendable based on the debt service coverage ratio. 

I recommend finding a US-based bookkeeper who specializes in real estate and doesn't have too much on their plate.

I'm a local, CT based investor, flipper, and property management company owner.  

we ran into this in FLA  a few years back when I had 4 starts and I exited that market.. permits  sub base all pretty tough for someone who is not there and already knows the systems hands down and has a devoted loyal sub base.. thats the key in my mind.

In the past 10 years, Ocala has greatly improved the employment base, adding tons of logistics and distribution jobs on top of the medical, service and equestrian jobs that we have always had. 

If we price the home based on what they thought they could get for it, it will sit for weeks/months.
