Yes, Bangkok and Hanoi look shiny at first glance but do you really think that the lifestyle is better in the countryside in Thailand or Vietnam than in the US?

It totally missed Puerto Vallarta, but I took an amazing 16 hour tour of the country side.

With 18 units at one site, it may be easier to get professional management, as opposed to trying to get property management for 18 single family houses scattered all over the city/countryside.

I wouldn't be going around the countryside buying land, hoping the next Amazon distribution center, Tesla plant, etc are going to be build near it in the future.My point specifically to your question, is I would not worry about the World Supply Chain, with regards to investing in US land for development.I would pick trends closer to home.
