Acquiring nicer assets not only provides a better living environment for tenants but also contributes to long-term appreciation and value.

We got bank financing for the land purchase and contributed (almost) enough cash to complete the improvements.

While I secured the initial financing for the property, I have two other partners/groupings (a total of 6 people) that are contributing to the closing.
