Point is the above comments there are many other more effective ways to meet the FINCEN stated objectives for tax evasion, money laundering and terrorism.

As to asking the IRS reps, let me limit my comment to just three letters: LOL

There have been a few comments along the lines of "new homes aren't built with the same quality as old homes".

To a point made by another person who commented, you may be able to have a lender do a 'one-off' portfolio loan at a 95% LTV if they trust you enough . good luck.

I agree with the comments above.Most important is a fully furnished, comfortable property with the basic amenities: coffee, teas, functional kitchen (all utensils, spices, cooking and baking, etc.)
