Hey @Jim Vani - I personally know @Andrew Holmes and he's genuinely a good guy.Is it true that he has built a large community through Chicago REIA and his students (at least in mastery) have paid for his coaching and experience, yes that is a fact.  

New to RE investing , can I claim taxes fees on RE mentor/coaching, including Real-Estate software system package as RE start up Business cost? 

It seems like everyone is charging for coaching and courses now.

Over the years I have been a property manager, portfolio builder to 14M, coach and real estate broker/team leader.

All of them who have gone on to do more and bigger deals have started our with a real estate trainer/coach.

There are a lot of influencers, courses, and coaches out there who only want to make money by selling subpar information that doesn't help people. 

Thomas area and it would be good to have some guidance/coaching to lean on.

Through coaching with Tom Krol, I learned how to get a deal under contract and sell to a cash buyer.
