Think of Sears, Toys"R"Us, Best Buy, CVS, Dollar Stores (600 Family Dollar Stores are set to close; 370 Family Dollar and 30 Dollar Tree), Walmart closed 11 in 2024 so far, Applebee's, Red Lobster, Stop & Shop, Rite Aid, Lehman Brothers (a 158 yr run), Bear Stearns etc.

And so on.A single short sale (in this particular scenario) simply puts a band-aid on a severed foot.

The closest town is Midland approximately 20 miles away.

I fully agree it is our duty to at least help our respective closest people.

You want to talk to tons of people at that level(sum of the 5 closest people saying).

You don’t get access to your actual blueprint until the very end of the course, after you’ve already forked over $10k and spent two days drinking guru kool-aid.

It seems most of the investors in my area are out of town/state and the closest REIA is well over an hour from me.

I've been a member since 2003 and met some of my closest friends and partners in the group.
