Some are entirely vacant, others not.Located in and around University Circle, close to the Cleveland Clinic, one would think that people working at CC would like to live close by, have a better than average income, thereby affording and paying higher rents.CC, by virtue of its global brand recognition and continued success in the medical field, would only attract more growth, staff and therefore -- housing demand.What am I missing here?

I spent a semester in the Fair Housing Clinic while working on my LL.

As long as things get done at the rentals, that is our main priority.Myself, I have a contracting job at a medical clinic. 

We found  a triplex for sale within easy walking distance of the bus line, as well as the suboxone and methadone clinic.

The reason is he is getting quotation from general contractors to build the clinic according to the architect's plan but quotations from contractors are too expensive than he expected.  

Banks, clinics, retail and restaurants all in the area/ walking distance.

The hospital intends to expand a clinic 2 lots down from my space.
