Plan on 6-month to 2 years for the top-tier buyers to churn through the assets before the leftovers are sold downstream. 

You are trying to justify churning your grandmothers asset for your benefit. 

Your only real option is to continue to churn through them until you find one hungry enough to bid.

Or, maybe churn through some flips in order to increase your net worth.

As long as you don't sell the same day and you're not churning notes, I doubt you'll have any issue with your portfolio management.
