All the complaining in the world won't change a darn thing. 

That will have to change.

The mortgage payment doesn't change. 

There are no plans to change that.Further, it won't help. 

However, there are risks, such as stricter lender requirements on the use and location of the property, and lenders may require you to prove that it is used primarily for personal vacations (not exclusively as a rental).Additionally, using it for short-term rentals could lead to changes in loan terms, and some lenders may not approve if they suspect the property is being rented out frequently.

I think ultimately, one thing I've learned is how quickly economic conditions can change.

Check with an agent in your area, but i'm willing to bet the comps wouldn't change drastically between the two.  

I’ve fixed leaks, change toilets and still keep going up.I’m at appoint now when I moved out, I thought I’d be making money because while I lived there  I’d be going even.

I’m currently changing some things around, so I don’t want to name anyone as of yet.

You don't need to use pure white - actually you can use any color, though lighter is easier - but you do need to use a paint brand and color that's not going to change.
