I started with $10k in Memphis to invest with, you should be just fine in Glen Carbon with $70k to invest with.

Instead I have to physically pick up this triplicate carbon copy thing down at the courthouse.

Do controlled burns in specific areas to clear it out and let it return to Mother Nature, with the carbon nourishing the earth, until the next influx of people come. 

It's been producing a LOT of carbon monoxide, so much that I feel like it's a hazard to go into the basement to work on it.Does anyone have any ideas about how I can 1) reduce the amount of carbon monoxide produced or 2) better mitigate?

[b]Question #4[/b]- Does the contract need to have carbon copies so that when you have one signed, you can leave a copy with the seller?

Rent an industrial strength ozone generator from a hardware store and run it in the apartment for a couple of days.Ozone is an unstable molecule that attacks hydrocarbon molecules, breaking them down into harmless substances like carbon dioxide, oxygen and trace amounts of water.Just make sure you follow the precautions and if you overdo it let the apartment air out for a day.
