Not to sound gloom and doom but if the SEC every did a sneak peak at bigger pockets they could reduce our deficit significantly with the number of people who would be fined for this type of activity.

This leaves me with a deficit of $800.

Southern California overall will do fine in the long run, especially having accumulated quite a deficit of housing units over the past several decades.

I don't know how many units are in the complex but they are running a deficit.

We have created a rock solid system trying to look at the deficits within real estate investing and then solving those issues.

https://www.cbo.gov/publication/55331Good news is that 2019 deficit forecast would be under $1 trillion , bad news is the forecast was showing starting in 2022, the deficit will be above $1 trillion ( $1,000,000,000,000, yeah, 1 with 12 zeros) and keep growing.  

You end up paying more than what you would have if you just payed via ACH or check, in addition, points earned will not make up the deficit.
