I told her that for the first few days in January, leading up to the 30 day mark, she would be prorated at her old rent rate, and the new amount would start at that time, also prorated till the end of the month.

It's a finance institute of one form or fashion, they will use it if it's in there best interest, and that means the person who holds the button to drop that ax.

We cater to us older folk that didn't grow up with all these subscriptions and when they go on vacation they want to press a button and tell the remote what channel they want😄 We have big smart TV's that they love and if inclined can use a subscription, but then they have to figure out how to sign out of them.
