Who’s going to trade you own gun and one bullet for a pound of gold?

Couldn't these things be discussed maybe with a bulleted list or something during the discussion to keep your place with the things you want?

Seems completely reasonable to me and if someone isn’t able to do that then they’re either a scammer, not a serious buyer or seller, or just a pain to work with so I dodged a bullet either way.

One might also argue it's a shame to lose $1,000+ in inspection costs and time, however, my perspective is that money was well invested given the lessons learned and bullets dodged.I will do my best to answer any questions. 

Just really depends how many bullets you get to use up, but for the average REI taking less chances and higher quality one's will likely fair better......

So increasing borrowing rate is like having a trigger but if you don’t put any bullets in the gun (reducing money supply), you are not going to get farI have used this analogy in the past but getting inflation down to 2% is like someone who gained 50 pounds quickly and wants to lose it.
