Maybe I'll branch out in the future, but not sure yet.Slow flipping or house hacking would be great, but I have a 4 month old and we love our house, so that's off the table.I guess I'm looking at ways to minimize risk when starting out.

They set up STR investors with a new team when branching out into new markets, or going from LTRs to STRs

There has been population growth, business attraction, and infrastructure growth in the last year in Baytown, TX - nothing compared to maybe Katy, Cypress, or even Spring Branch - but still great growth.
