My properties are in B+ areas.I see in writing what they say they use to screen tenants and it looks as good as any I've seen. 

Just make sure you screen, screen, screen. 

The others are just pre-screened, not a full application so it's a bit harder to say "you don't meet criteria" because I don't actually have a verified income, credit history or background check - just what they've said in the prescreening questionnaire. 

It should make your blood boil.

Go to BUILD YOUR TEAM at the top of the screen and look for local investors or meetups in your area.

Screening and Gaurantors are important, you might want to look at majors for some more serious ones that don't have time to party.

I screen individual dogs (of any breed) with an in-person evaluation before accepting their owners as my tenants.  

I was quoting pool prices for my clients several years ago at approximately $40K (basic package 12'X24' including screen enclosure and paver deck) and then they doubled and more after COVID.

We screen heavy and have never not got paid.
