There are bills going through now and we are pushing law makers to support, back, and pass these laws.

I have however feel victim to some pretty steep bills for property taxes.  

We had an accounting system once that necessitated doing this - not ideal, but it keeps the assets and liabilities straight and AP is just an accrual until you pay the bill.

Creative financing can help sellers make more money, solve pain points, gets them the money they need, and help them avoid a high tax bill.

Could you put it on a CC and pay it off within the billing cycle with either your income or selling some stock if absolutely necessary?

There is the Experian Boost that adds monthly utility bills as credit and various apps and facebook groups.

In November the bill was $180 and in December $300.
