Most of the time you're talking about land that doesn't have all that much value and any appraiser that's not crooked is going to recognize the land for what it is - you can't comp 15 acres of swamp or rocky cliffs with 15 acres of flat farmland and get away with that honestly, unless the entire point is to defraud the IRS.

Along with the concept of leasing properties to an LLC separating personal assets being flat out wrong, there is also no mention of leasing a property to an LLC for additional liability protection.

For a normal interior we would use the following- sprayer for ceilings (flat white) and for doors (switch to semi-gloss) - 3'' angled brush for cut in and trim- 19'' roller frame with 1/2'' nap cover for walls (this is where the real magic happens).
