Does anyone know of a good resource for this type of rental or a good contract attorney?

Once we identify a location that meets our criteria, we network with builders, property managers, lenders, insurance companies, CPA's, attorney's, etc. that service that area to have the entire team already established you need to be a successful investor regardless of your physical location or experience level.

As an investor-friendly agent based in New Jersey, I’ve seen folks leverage a strong network (like probate attorneys, local wholesalers, or even specialized divorce attorneys) to find properties that don’t always pop up in public listings.

Might want to check with a local attorney to verify.

You'll probably get some good ideas here, but I'd suggest talking to a real estate attorney soon and maybe run some of these ideas by them.
