I'm allergic to earned income anyway😎An example on one I'm buying tomorrow is seller pays remaining property taxes for the year, recording costs ($400- our state is insane), my title and escrow costs and a landscape allowance of $2800.

You’ll only lose the guests who are allergic, fewer than those who have pets.Also, if someone even mentions they have a service dog, you can’t use that as a reason to deny them.

This alone eliminates a very high percentage of the bogus ESA tenants, but none of the legit ESA tenants (who have verification from a doctor that does not provide ESA need verification to everyone willing to pay for it and therefore has zero chance of being rejected by PetScreening.com).In addition, we explicit indicate in our lease 1) that tenant is responsible for all costs associated with placing unit back into a pre-animal state including professionally cleaning the HVAC system (some tenants are allergic to pet dander) 2) any intentionally incorrect information on the application is grounds for lease termination at LL’s option.

We've yet to have damage from pets but have had young kids damage items and adults put charcoal in our gas grill.I will say that we got a 2 Star review on VRBO by a guest who titled it "Definitely Pet Friendly" ...sarcastic review going on to explain how "pet hair everywhere", and during some internal discussions we had, she explained how she was allergic to pet hair.
