Agents can quickly run comps so that would be helpful for you.

for sure its legal as long as you use an MLO to do the loan and adhere to dodd frank rules for qualifying the borrowers ability to pay.. 

I finally found the perfect flip in Coronado, San Diego—the agent hasn’t received any offers, the listing price is reasonable, and the home has huge potential.

Basically, they name everyone because they’re hoping and counting on the fact that people set up their own LLCs and didn’t adhere to basic entity maintenance and kept things separate (like bookkeeping and separate bank accounts).

We have helped a ton of clients with the process here in Chicago..just be sure to find a team (Agent, Lender, HUD Consultant, and General Contractor) that has done these renovation loans in the past!
