I have seen a tax attorney on YouTube specifically saying you can take a full year of depreciation even if you buy in December but all I see in the IRS publications indicates that you have to prorate based upon the time it was available to rent.is there a rule I am missing?  

I would like to start using social media, in particular YouTube, to market my business but I know very little about it.

Best way to avoid anonimity is not post yourself all over the TV or youtube etc. 

It was written before the days of YouTube, so it's not full of the common nonsense where authors sell a course, send you to their website for downloads, or write a follow-up with additional "secrets" they forgot to put in the first book.Long-Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene was another good one.

As such they had a YouTube podcast/video with a women named Tanisha from Tardus.

When I first joined I dove into the forum section of BP & binge watched a ton of Youtube Videos. 

+1 For Roku with Guest Mode.If higher end I would recommend live TV which can be achieved with Cable (Spectrum for me) app or with something like Sling or Youtube TV

We have cable or YouTube TV.Can't be cheap on this.We even advertise if someone else isn't offering cable channels what else are they cutting corners on?
