San Antonio AirbnbYou guys did a nice job making an older house into a little bit upscale model home (like would be used to show for a new development).Somebody has some skill going on in that arena.I'm not an AirBnB expert but I don't see a wow factor.Such as a huge screen TV, a circle shaped bed, a heart shaped bed, a steam sauna, right next to the river walk, etc...Nothing to really set it apart (other than it's great model home looks).Is it haunted, was it haunted, did Wyatt Earp sleep there, etc....(???)

@Wyatt DixonIt sounds like this will be a 2-4 unit property, that you will purchase with a FHA 3.5% down payment?

@Wyatt Postal : they are in Fremont (very close to Big Tech company offices like Facebook, Tesla, etc )
