I heard it's possible to get a static IP on Verizon with ports unblocked, so I'll test that soon.

Buy a strip mall with a Planet Fitness, Verizon, and Dollar Store and you will have less than $4MM to spend as your LTV will be 75% but your cash flow will be better as you’ll be in a 6%+ cap rate.  

My present tenant had a previous bankruptcy and divorce but he has a very good job with verizon and pays on time, he renewed his lease with a slight bump up in rent.

I'm a diehard verizon fan; FORGET AT&T if you want decent reliable service.the q runs a stripped down version of windows on it so you can integrate it very easily and it loads way faster than blackberries.the storm sucks so don't go that route.also, you can get a q for much cheaper than an iphone.

I have 10 meg fiber optic from verizon, so its no problem now.From my experience, dont try it if you have anything under 768 dsl or equivelent.

The general advice I've gotten from friends who invest in Manchvegas is the Bedford line is nice and desireable, avoid the area surrounding the verizon center entirely and there are great pockets in the northwest area as well.
