You have to find their problem.There are a lot of high-net-worth people looking for opportunities to enter the hospitality space but lack the operational know-how you’ve clearly demonstrated.

You can also contact a local alcoholics anonymous or other organizations and let them know you have space available for anyone living sober.

Then when you have enough money for the 3.5% down, buy a place that you can live in and rent out spaces to other people. 

As a newbie I would not go into this space without money.

I've cheaped out and bought doors where I had to chisel out the space for the hinges and strike plates.

I was fine with all these numbers.Then I met with contractors...First, I wanted to add a new bathroom and approximately 450 sq ft of additional living space.

I've done a bit of research on the private lending space and I'm coming to the conclusion that it is the way I would like to enter the real estate space.

The plan was to buy a warehouse, lay down turf and hard courts and lease the space to local schools and leagues and host tournaments.
