Maui VR is on my list of acquisitions in the near future as well.  

One property as monthly and the other as a VR!

Almost every guest at our VR has left us a lovely note/review in our guest book.  

Virtual reality is already being used in sales, leasing, development, architecture, etc...It's likely that high-end condo projects in San Francisco will utilize VR and AR as part of their sales strategy. 

I'm also being a bit hypocritical because my vacation rental is on Cape Cod, the next VR I get will most likely be in NH, both of which I am comfortable going to and vacationing at, I am also self managing my properties for now.Anyway, enjoy whatever you chose!

We have rented VR's for about 15 yrs and always looked for places that allowed us to bring our dog(s). 

I'm really looking for others with experience utilizing the VR sites like Airbnb, VRBO, home away, etc; but anyone with some form of involvement in the VR space here is more than welcome to chime in.If you are, or know someone who is, leave a comment below or shoot me a colleague request/PM.  

There are VR properties in Orange County that rent from $2000 - 10,000 or more per week! 

I like the idea of selling an expensive VR condo in Waikiki and buying a much cheaper non-VR condo in Kihei.

I bought mine in interest of having it fully furnished for VR, and did fairly well in year 1.
