I've found experience VR investors are find with purchasing a property that is professionally managed because they know they can get it up and running asap.  

Congrats on taking the journey into a Tahoe VR!  

Our home Internet (and cell phones, land line, and DirecTV) is with them and our tiny house VR's are just about 150 yards from my house.

You mentioned the previous owner of your VR also use the same property manager and had no success. 

He has an intimate knowledge of the market and operates a great VR business, I should know...He is a client of mine!  

Personally mortgage the  farm land i want to develop... and in the mean time i am trying to slowing pull together ideas and things for the VR tiny home development. its what i LOVE to do... dream, think, pull together a vision.

Admittedly, there is the fact that I just didn´t love Venice and wouldn´t buy a VR property anywhere I didn´t love, so perhaps another of a different mind may be more dedicated to finding the property that makes the numbers work.
