The goal is to make it difficult enough to to deter attorneys from going after your assets.

Here in Orlando I know multiple people spending upwards to $30,000 per month on their marketing to to get three to five deals a month.

I would suggest you guys do not run the jobs yourselves, it opens you to to huge liability.

For instance, Seller sells on "Subject To" to "Buyer 1" who creates a Warrant Deed.

And the house is empty , its getting a head to toe make over .

The cost to to repair an HVAC in a SFH is not the same as the cost to repair an HVAC unit that is tied into 50 units so this kind of repair can also wipe out your profits.
