So far, we've had one inquire for 9 (4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 toddlers) and another for 12 (6 adults and 6 kids... which sounds crazy to me). 

As a bonus, I also now have four teens with some skills instead of a house full of toddlers!!

I did this kitchen about five years ago the same way, the paint has held up great through toddlers, dogs, and a clean freak tenant who scrubbed the cabinets down with vinegar several times a week, lol.

House hacking was another thought but I have a toddler, and we are still in the works with getting our first home so i’m not sure if that will work.
