@Mark Doty Just for reference, I have had an inspection on a 12 and a 16 in Tacoma and each of those were around $1k, as well as a 15 in Cleveland which was $975.

It's very much an up and coming area; a lot of young movers and shakers are coming in and setting up shop in its rustic charm, investing in the local businesses and culture, and it seems like the local government is riding that wave, investing in public areas and roads.

The dealer says his mover charges $500 just to give the estimate....The house is already assembled as a display house so it need to be deconstructed,moved and reconstructed.

Hello there,I own a commercial lot in downtown Tacoma (5000sqft) that I would like to develop into a 4 story microunit apartment building.

Not sure if this is a wise mover or not.  

I recently listed two SFRs - one in Auburn, one in Tacoma.
