@Marcia Maynard ...Probably not worth the hassle..Most give spares to family for emergencies..And also kids/teenagers lose a lot of keys...

As far as suggestions for what to put on the site, as the mother of a teenage daughter I can tell you most of her disposable income goes to Starbucks, smoothie drink places, and any inexpensive restaurants where she and her friends can sit, gab and eat, for a long time for not a lot of money. 

How many young adults(let alone teenagers) are that focused on their future?

So the plan is to save that and for every 6 months which will be roughly 7,200. ( given that i dont dig deep into my inner teenage petty desires) Iv got three ways that im building credit at the moment just fyi.

Real Estate is one of the methods i came across, but the only issue i find there is that implementing a real estate "career" as a teenager is RIDICULOUSLY hard, or at least as i understand it.So what i am here to ask, is if you guys have any hints on how i can start building income, preferably passive, now.

It absolutely amazes me to see how many teenagers and 20-somethings come onto this site wanting to be an investor - and they don't even own a home yet (I mean a home to live in).

I was glad to see that my mother didn't get involved in the power struggle (I was a teenager at the time).

He was referring it to, if you got a group of wild teenager who like to throw parties or something along those lines, you would have enough in backup to keep you from putting your own expenses at work on the property and ending up in the negative.
