While searching the net I found to read certain blogs in Gorilla Bins ( http://www.gorillabins.ca/blog/how-to-start-an-e-waste-recycling-business/ ) about how to start an E-waste recycling business.It seems more informative to me.But still, I need some suggestions from the experienced persons because I am new to this field. please do help me!

Smoke damage and mold issues and electric meter monkeying/diverting (with huge fines from your utility) will knock any extra monthly you got out quickly.

I see nothing that indicates that the San Diego market going forward will be different than history indicates (but history does show RE cycles so you need to know you can weather a down cycle).

We are applying for an ADU in San Mateo, ca. 640 sf 1 bed 1 ba.Just the permit will cost about 10 k, with all the green building, demo recycling, all kinds of bureaucracies.However, the added value is around $800/sf, or $400k ish.The actual building cost we estimate around 100k-130k.
