The other way I fund deals with none of my own money is using a private lender that I have years of experience and relationship with and/or using HELOC and other business lines of credit.

The process of buying real estate with crypto through a private seller will vary from seller to seller.

Instead of vague alt text like “Modern kitchen,” try something like “Chef’s kitchen perfect for group meals or private dinners.”
