I wasn't no small timer either, I had brought in large amounts of pot from California (Specifically) to Texas and at the height of my business, I was pushing 40+ pounds a month making a crap ton of money, and spending every single penny of it. 

The department store category and really big box 60k,100k sq ft buildings etc. selling mainly clothes and then smaller balance clothing stores in malls have been getting pounded the last 6 years.

These folks who are looking for  a home with there over  50 pound dogs and  restricted breeds have no options other than be passionate about  finding a home...

If I owned a property and was living in it and someone else came along and said they owned it and they needed rent, I'd tell them to pound sand, much less give them money to live in "my" property.
