With Section 8 clients, I only want those who are demonstrating that they are participating in the world and working towards their personal success. 

No one would give 30k in advance of closing and no one would be posting all this BEFORE closing if they were a participant in the process along the way.

How will you remain anonymous once that claim is filed when you are required to respond to discovery requests, answer interrogatories,  participate in depositions etc.?
