MOST (but not all) of the newbies that go through various boot camps and seminars don't end up doing anything with their education, they don't put into practice. 

Area demand can change overnight, new competition can move in, oversupply can plummet nightly rates. 

That doesn't turn around overnight, it takes years to rebuild.Given the less competition and the lower appetite for risk the remaining carriers have, I think we're going to continue to see some big premium increases for the next few years, especially for those people with claims on their records.

Would like input on how has had good success with multi family bootcamps and paid mentorships.
Is there a particular program someone recommends, I see allot of options out there?

Before we interviewed him, I had been firmly in the "pay down your debt first" camp, but he explained so well his thoughts about investing first. 

He was doing some cool SEO stuff (I didn't have any background on where he learned it, whether he'd engaged w/ Jerryll at all, etc) and he shared what he was doing at Camp.

I am not sure if the camp that says as / when rates go down values go up.
