I saw this product, and all the great reviews, and was taken in..it LOOKS good, but in reality, the "lip" created when it is installed according to instructions is prone to catching debris, and clogging..I have had to clean it about twice a year.

But at first blush, I'd say if your service is under 150 amps you don't have enough.And, installing and wiring all those baseboard heaters will require permits, too.You might be able to use the same circuits that are wired for the ACs for baseboard heaters.

Your first problem with "flipping" Commercial (and the reason that I guess I find myself riling at the concept at first blush) is that commercial property values are determined by NOI, and without tenants, you have no NOI.
