I know getting my real estate license is one option, but I am looking for more than one option.I am based in CT, so if anything specific is coming to mind let me know, open to all Ideas.

You just need th right partners.I say, if you're buying flipped homes anyway (which of course people are), why not do them yourself...Especially if you're waiting on the side lines letting time pass you buy.

I would just make sure to call the city and let them know your plans in full detail to make sure that you can do it.
