I am out here today looking for anyone who might have a property east of Hartford ct.

Can anyone recommend a good construction loan broker in the Hartford County (Connecticut) area?

I finally received my appraisal back on my first investment in a buy and hold multi family home in Hartford County, Connecticut and found that property was appraised at about $37,500 less than what my offer was on the home.

I'm in CT and there's a good amount of investment money that comes up this way - on the lower investment end especially towards New Haven, Meriden, or Waterbury- or father up there's New Britain and Hartford.

So far I've saved up around $20,000 and I am trying to get in a 3-4 for family unit in a decent area of Hartford county.

Many investors who invest for cashflow tend to move closer to the middle of the state (Hartford County). 

The Greater Hartford Association of Realtors has a class I believe Tues & Thur nights in West Hartford.

Hi,I am in Hartford County, Connecticut. 

I do not know Bridgeport, but it along with Hartford and Waterbury are probably the three hardest places to manage in the state.
