We are looking to market our property at 2635 Ridge Manor, Georgia, for lease to sober living agencies.

We just went under contract on a duplex in Fayetteville - GA, and are looking for an investor-friendly general contractor for the rehab. 

Just not for us in our local market in Georgia.

I am currently located in the north GA area but investing in the Macon Ga area.
