When you allow users to delete their own posts, you disrupt the flow of conversations.This is an OPEN forum, not just a closed network like Facebook.  

It's important to network in order to orchestrate a team for flips.

Network through real estate groups.

It might be best to simply go to a local REIA networking event and meet some wholesalers that have been doing this for 15 years and buy a deal from them.

Start small with strategies like house hacking, leveraging your hands-on skills for value-add properties, and building a strong team or network to reduce risks.

From there, I try to figure out why this house isn't selling, and if I'm still interested I'll make an offer at a price that works at my numbers.Other than that, yes I think it is a great idea to dig deeper into more creative methods of finding deals - wholesalers, direct mail, door knocking, networking, etc.

We're always looking to expand our network and explore new investment avenues.Regarding meet up groups for real estate investing, there are several options available in the UAE.

@Christin Dorfling it's not if you're willing to go there as needed at least to get started - build a network, go to meetups, walk properties, meet people, etc..  

Then to find inventory, you need to search out, i.e. network, and find out who is creating these type of notes or you help people that may have an interest in seller financing how to create a note that is marketable to the secondary market.
