Crown Heights, Weeksville, Cypress Hills, Flatbush, East Flatbush, Canarsie.Other surrounding areas - Bushwick, Ridgewood, Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, Prospect Park, etc. have hit their ceiling in my opinion.Best of luck to you moving forward!

I've also been able to differentiate the price points between cookie cutter remodels with the standard stainless/granite finishes compared to those with finer details, wainscoting/crown/carrera baths etc.

The wall cabinets must be plumb and level and if the ceiling varies it's best to hold the wall cabinets down just an inch or two and then finish tight to the ceiling with a small crown molding.
