Frankly, we are on a cliff and I need one more favor.HB 461, the Landlord eviction bill, is on a maybe list to be heard in the Senate Judicial Committee on Friday, the last day bills will be heard.Would you write a quick email to Chairman Todd Lakey (you will need to format this it is : tlakey then put at sign senate.idaho.gov) and Co-Chairman Abby Lee (alee then put at sign then senate.idaho.gov) and ask them to please make HB 461 one of the bills that gets heard Friday?

Chairman Lakey has agreed to hear HB 461, the Idaho landlord eviction bill, tomorrow Friday, at 1:30 p.m. in the Idaho Senate Judiciary committee.

“It does not mean you won’t owe rent” at some point.Cuomo previously issued an executive order that postpones mortgage payments for 90 days for individuals under financial distress, a move that will not effect credit ratings or result in any penalties.A bill proposed by Senate Deputy Majority Leader Michael Gianaris, D-Queens, currently in the Senate’s Finance Committee would allow tenants experiencing financial hardship due to government restrictions in response to the coronavirus to make rent payments up to 30 percent of their current income or their contractual rent, whichever is less, per month for the duration of 90 days following the bill’s effective date.

I am simply pointing at that depending on your lenders, I have had loan officers come back asking for clarification because approval committees were not used to seeing things outside of the box.You will likely be able to find lenders that are totally open to this structure, but yes, you are then maintaining multiple LLCs and potentially multiple tax returns and bank accounts, etc.
