and the house is in horror condition covered with animal fesses, dirty cloths, trash everywhere, the smell is unbearable.( i was there to talk to the neighbors, but somehow their dog broke the door and got out. got on my car wont leave.

that's why in the old days working in smoky bars was bad.I used to go watch Monday night football at a cigar bar and had to take my cloths off in the garage before coming in the house.. 

Here is what I'm going to do to help you, I'm going to cut through all the fluff and nonsense and tell you the real deal.Send me 10K and I'm going to use it to buy clothes and booze.

So today I was doing maintenance at one of my rentals, I opened the closet to access the central AC handler unit to change the filter and after I opened the closet door,  I had to rearrange a few things to clear the space to the left so I can have a clear path to the filter slot.As I moved some clothes to the right my hand touched what appeared to be a human head on the rack.I quickly jumped back and in my mind was a scene in Silence of the Lambs...I tripped on myself and fell on my butt.I was so scared LOL.Glad the tenant wasn't there.

Then, head to the hardware store and lay in a supply of plastic drop cloths and blue painter’s tape.

It's not something I'd want anyone to start playing around with.well you have not lived to walk up to one of your meters and there is a Cloths hanger jambed into either side of it and the live 220 is duct tape to the end of the hanger.. now that takes some crazy you know whats to get up there with your rubber gloves and rubber handled pliers and pull that one off .. but seen it many times..   

He isn't business minded, and is cut from the cloth of "you get a good job, with good benefits, and a pension so you can retire."

It’s probably not fair you drive a shiny new suv while the poor tenant is taking public transportation, it isn’t fair that you have new designer clothes while your tenant is wearing old Walmart clothing .

When I showed the unit I was under a sink or crawl or mowing or weeding or painting and was wearing the clothes to match.
