sounds like someone got a nasty gram.. we see this with the syndicators that are called out then threaten the investor who called them out.. or anyone else companing about a service only to have the company either threaten or tell them if you take this down or retract we will give you your money back.. kind of like landlords lying about how great their dead beat tenant is to just get them to move on to the next landlord.Â

My recommendation would be to engage an investment property focused realtor (not a general residential realtor) and let that person guide you through the process from pre-qualification to market/property valuation and selection.Â

@Alvin Sylvain I agree the emotional support animals are B.S. but they are legal and we have to abide by the law.If the animal is an ESA, you are allowed to ask if the person is disabled and what service the animal provides.
