My 2 brothers and I are inheriting my fathers residence.

Moving up to E 5 and will get BAH.My brother who is retired AirForce and is civil service is moving to Livorno, Italy for a new Army position and will get BAH.  

The sellers where two brothers who had run a dirt work company for many years.

Hey @Tony Hoffer I am helping my brother who is currently in escrow on a multi-family in Edgewater, which is 2-family on record, yet there are clearly 3 habitable, separate units in the building.

My brother and I have been pretty "cheap" with leads and I am thinking its time to take the next step and start spending money on marketing and leads than just perusing through criagslist adds.Thanks again!!

lol, I don't think being sued is what you should be worried about brother.

Again in CA folks coming in from Vietnam war would go out into the mountains of the state and federal forests and basically kill anything that moved and ate them..was  a real issue about wiped out the black bear population and in Wa. my brother in law worked for the road department and would find dogs that had been eaten it happens..
