I wish it were a rumor.There is a bill moving through both the upper and lower chambers in NYS that is looking to make that a reality.

It is a link to a pdf provided by the US Chamber of Commerce and shows the calculation of loan amount for sole proprietors and self-employed for those applying for the Paycheck Protection loan.

There is a lot of good information out there from the SBA and other partners like the US chamber of commerce and senate committees etc.Also, daily the SBA in New Hampshire hosts a call at 9am and 2pm EST for free and you can ask questions at the end.

If I provide our local Chamber of Commerce or other 501(c)(3) non-profit with rent vouchers for qualifying hospital employees and first responders, would the foregone rent be tax deductible?  

I feel like no one would post on here if they were highly or even just somewhat over leveraged & in process of losing everything.Just an echo chamber.
