Based on others I've watched being done, it shouldn't take more than 3 days with a helper, assuming nothing unusual.I decided to use Hardieplank that comes already painted with a extended warranty.

A guy who has been in the trade long enough always has that helper or buddy that he can call to help on big jobs or they work together on giving each other business if the other is busy.
