You're welcome on the lists mate hehe šŸ‘ (No, not sending to anybody else as Luka has Balkan heritage I'm assuming and so do I so we look after each other haha).Wholesalers are a disaster and all of your equity/profit will go to them.I suggest cold calling yourself, learn/practice your pitch and then elevate and delegate.My folks have been doing just acquisitions for many years now but all good things take time.All the best mate

So if you had 20 of them, you're talking about a huge retirement kicker that you can build.If you're up there higher in age (i.e. 40's or 50's), then the long play doesn't make as much sense.Ā

thanks for your time and helpĀ 1st off, full disclosure here, Rent To Retirement advertises their properties on my Investment Properties For Sale Show, so I am not a totally unbiased opinion and it's only fair that I tell you this up frontHaving said that, outside of running my show for people like them, IĀ also own a property management company in Northeast Ohio and have worked with 1,000's of out of state investors over the years.I say all of that to say this, the overwhelming majority of negative reviews I have seen on them are very similar to a lot of negative experiences investors have with my property management company and others like it that I've worked with.
