Both types of accounts are purely trust accounts, and the institution is not serving as an administrator for the 401k plan and layering in any restrictions on what is available to invest in.

I've also heard that using a realtor, particularly on larger deals, would only slow down the negotiating process and introduce another layer of communication that could cause misunderstandings and confusion.I am a newbie and wanted to get feedback from the BP community on whether I should continue to use her or start negotiating deals myself?

Many of the residential foundation problems in the puget sound are rectified by using 'pin' piles which are basically a pipe shoved into the ground untill it reaches a dense "bearing" layer.

if someone tries to sue you for example first the liability coverage on whatever covered item auto or home will kick in then if those limits are not enough the umbrella will serve as a second layer of protection for you, happy to answer any other questions you can think of, thanks.

Lien's are what can bite you.. need to stay on lien release's.. some lenders don't but I do... we get release's from all subs and the GC I think for a passive equity investor in these projects it may be add some layer of safety if you are investing in a development project where there will be construction lending from banks.
